Our normal process includes the total lifecycle of the offshoring of services and involves the stages mentioned below. If you need consultancy services in Denmark, especially for Requirement Analysis and Transition Services, we collaborate with our strategic partner Asseco Danmark.

Requirement Analysis

This is an analysis perfromed by our consultants, in collaboration with your team, to identify the scope, process, organisation and infrastructure needs of the offshoring program.

Proposal and decision

At this stage, we will provide a proposal to you, and await your decision. If you wish to proceed, we will together make a comprehensive agreement for support and maintenance services. Once the agreement is in place the Transition Services can begin.

Transition Services

The transition services may include knowledge transfer activities, documentation, process implementation, organisation build up etc. Transition typically consists of several projects tackling one application at a time, so that ongoing operations are not disrupted ensuring a smooth transition. An important part of the transition is the organisational and process changes required in your own organisation. We can provide consultants with extensive experience with these activities including program management.

Delivery Services

By this stage the organistion, processes and infrastructure for the program is in place and support and maintenance begins.

Termination Services

If you at a later time wish to move the services back to your own organisation or to a another organisation, we can assit with the required knowledge transfer and other activities required on a consultancy basis.
