All our employees are graduates with a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering. They have on average around 5 to 7 years of experience with Software Development.

CodeConnexion selection process ensures that only qualified personnel are recruited to the company. The selection process includes an international online web based test, apart from technical and general interviews. Only a minority of the applicants make it through the selection process.

CodeConnexion is focused on delivering fast results, conforming to the quality standards set forth by customers, with minimum overhead. Communication is directly between the customer and the IT Professional. Organisational structure is flat and Project Managers perform their planning and tracking without creating communication bottlenecks. Our lightweight and structured processes increase productivity and flexibility manyfold compared to rigid processes and hierarchical management structures used by many of our competitors.

This approach puts high demands on our employees and require them to have a high level of capability and maturity in many different areas. Sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, problem solving ability as well as good English communication are important apart from the technical abilities.
