At CodeConnexion we put the customer first in everything we do. We are a highly motivated team who take pride in producing high quality software and applications.

We are a project-oriented company, with a flat organization structure. Our company culture is based on customer focus, passion for the job, high productivity, respect for the individual and teamwork.

Our employees travel frequently to Denmark, usually in the startup and closing phases of projects. Since mobility of extreme importance, our employees are provided with a personal laptop computer with a mobile internet connection as the primary working tool.

We make use of instant messaging, IP-telephony (Skype) and mail as our main electronic communication channels to our customers in Denmark. It is not unusual for our customers to take part in ongoing projects in Colombo.

The CodeConnexion Club, organised by the employees, arrange all kinds of fun events during the year. The annual Cricket tournament and the company trip are events looked forward to by everyone at CodeConnexion.
