We have 10 vacancies for .Net development !

We are looking for 10 competent Software Engineers to be part of our insurance software development team.

You will be part of an international team with colleagues in Sri Lanka and Denmark. There will be opportunities to travel to Denmark for shorter periods. You will be interacting directly with our partners in Denmark in day to day work. You will also be provided with a high end personal laptop and a mobile internet connection.

The selection criteria for these positions will be based on the capabilities the candidates have demonstrated academically as well as in industrial scale projects after graduation, in the required technology areas given below.

Qualifications

The following mandatory criteria apply:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with industrial software development in C#.NET
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Object Oriented analysis & design skills and experience with Design Patterns

Priority will be given to candidates with the following additional skills:

  • Windows Application Development
  • C# 4.0, WPF, WCF, WWF, Visual Studio 2010
  • MS SQL Server
  • Mercurial, SVN or CVS
  • Agile software development methodology
  • App development on Android and/or iOS
  • Web application development, CSS, JavaScript
  • Unit testing frameworks

Your title will be decided depending on your experience level according to our career model. The selected candidates will be invited to an interview. Candidates selected from the interview will be required to take a general 3-hour exam which includes attitude/personality, analytical ability, abstract thinking, technical knowledge, and English language skills.
